Als het woord &#8216;eiwit&#8217; op een verpakking staat, weten ze niet hoe snel ze het in hun mandje moeten gooien.\u00a0Wanneer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@inesdeboer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">In\u00e8s<\/a> bij Albert Heijn de verpakkingen rundergehakt met toegevoegd rundereiwit en zonder met elkaar vergelijkt, doet ze echter een verwarrende ontdekking waarvan ook veel anderen staan te kijken. Maar volgens de supermarkt zit de vork anders in de steel&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1. Het eiwitpercentage is nagenoeg gelijk gebleven als bij rundergehakt.
