Het betalen van huur voelt dan ook een beetje alsof je je zuurverdiende geld door het doucheputje spoelt. Daarom zouden meer mensen liever een huis kopen: vaak is de maandelijkse hypotheekafbetaling namelijk lager dan de maandelijkse huur. Wim uit op Twitter zijn frustraties hierover, maar er zijn ook veel mensen die snappen waarom banken geen hypotheek willen verstrekken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1. Daryl wijst mensen erop dat als je in een huurhuis woont de huiseigenaar verantwoordelijk is voor alle extra kosten. Keuken elke 15-20 jaar. Badkamer idem. CV ketel elke 15 jaar, plus jaarlijks onderhoud.
