Marlies<\/a> is chirurg en deelt op LinkedIn een aangrijpend verhaal. Ze vertelt dat je als arts soms situaties meemaakt\u00a0die blijven hangen en zo ook die van deze pati\u00ebnt. Deze persoon had heel wat bolletjes geslikt en vreesde voor diens leven. In het nieuws krijgen we vaak alleen de zaken mee van mensen die boven in de ‘verdovende middelen-keten’ staan, maar dit soort verhalen van mensen in de ‘onderlaag’ komen net zo hard binnen. Marlies probeert gebruikers van dit soort middelen met dit bericht wakker te schudden.<\/p>\n

1. De pati\u00ebnt van Marlies vreesde voor diens leven, doordat die tientallen bolletjes in zijn lichaam had zitten.<\/h3>\n

2. Ze deelt dat het vaak over de grote kopstukken gaat in de media en niet over de gewone man of vrouw onderaan de keten.<\/h3>\n

3. Gelukkig is de operatie van deze pati\u00ebnt goed verlopen en Marlies hoopt dat de smokkelaar in de toekomst andere keuzes zal maken. Helaas blijkt dat vaak bijna niet mogelijk door de spiraal waarin deze mensen verzeild zijn geraakt.<\/h3>\n

4. Daarom spreekt Marlies de mensen aan die dit spul gebruiken. Mensen zijn zich er te weinig van bewust dat als zij een avond ‘lol’ willen hebben, ze daarmee dit soort schrijnende dingen in stand houden.<\/h3>\n

5. Daarom besloot Marlies deze afbeelding ook te delen. In de hoop dat mensen hier aan denken wanneer ze op het punt staan iemand langs te laten komen voor hun eigen plezier.<\/h3>\n

6. Veel mensen die in hun werkveld ook met dit soort zaken te maken hebben herkennen dit probleem direct. Het verhaal achter de bolletjesslikkers komt vaak flink binnen.<\/h3>\n

7. Sommigen hebben het idee dat het legaliseren van verdovende middelen een uitkomst biedt in dit enorme probleem.<\/h3>\n

8. Anderen vinden juist dat de consument nu echt moet wakker worden. Want als gebruikers ervoor kiezen niets te kopen verdwijnt dit probleem uiteindelijk ook.<\/h3>\n
