Tijdens je stage leer je hopelijk enorm veel en kun je wat ervaring op doen voor de periode na je stage waarin je op zoek gaat naar een baan. Ondanks dat stagiaires vaak grote toevoegingen zijn voor bedrijven, worden ze nog vaak onderbetaald of helemaal niet betaald. Stage vergoedingen zijn vaak relatief laag voor het aantal uren en werk wat een stagiair(e) levert. ResearchNed deed er onderzoek naar en daar wordt vandaag ook op social media veel over gepraat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1. Dit is een belangrijke conclusie uit het onderzoek. Vaak is het argument dat stagiaires niet voldoende waarde toevoegen of niet volwaardig meewerken en daarom geen recht hebben op een hogere vergoeding.<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-conversation=\"none\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"nl\">Minimale stagevergoeding is ook nodig, mits duidelijk is dat er dan voldoende stageplekken overblijven. Het lijkt me sterk dat stagiairs nul waarde toevoegen of een stage als inwerktraject niet waardevol is. NRC deelt ook op Twitter dat bijna de helft van de stagiaires geen vergoeding ontvangen voor hun werk.
