Ze vertelt hoe ze op een dag een anonieme tip kreeg op de spoedlijn over een verwarde man die dringend hulp nodig heeft. Ze gaat ernaartoe en probeert via de buren van de man het huis binnen te komen. Na wat obstakels lukt dit uiteindelijk, maar de man wil niet vrijwillig worden opgenomen. De ontmoeting heeft heel wat voeten in aarde en Michelle voelt de druk van andere buurtbewoners. Uiteindelijk krijgt ze hulp uit onverwachte hoek.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1. Michelle deelt dat de anonieme tipgever zei dat de verwarde man een cli\u00ebnt was van van hun praktijk. Wanneer ze langs gaat bij de man doet hij niet open. Gelukkig kende deze &#8216;boze buurvrouw&#8217; wel iemand die haar kon helpen. Het huis en de man zien er verwaarloosd uit. Er lopen nog meer buurtbewoners het huis binnen.
