Bol.com riep vorig jaar ‘Gerda van accounting’ in het leven. Ze hadden toen waarschijnlijk niet verwacht wat een hit Gerda zou worden. Haar uiterst vlugge en doordachte antwoorden op de meest willekeurige vragen, leverde haar een flinke fanbase op. Dit geweldige personage van bol.com wordt nu dan ook rijkelijk beloond met een ‘The Best Social Award’ voor Beste Community Management. We blikken daarom even terug op een jaar waarin we geen genoeg van Gerda konden krijgen.<\/p>\n
