Die gesunde Morgenroutine besteht also aus einer Meditation, ein bisschen Sport und einem gesunden Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Schade nur, dass meditieren viel schwieriger ist, als es sich anh\u00f6rt. Es braucht echt viel \u00dcbung, bis das &#8222;Einfach- nur- dasitzen&#8220; und an nichts denken gelingt.
